Historically, recovering a balance was largely about taking payments. Labor and technology were focused on notifying the consumer and actively accepting or collecting a payment. In the future, successful account recovery will be all about putting power into the hands of the consumer to give a payment at the precise moment that is most right for them.

Consumers are given even more options for paying. In an effort to accommodate more consumers and reduce payment processing fees for merchants, ACH or eCheck payments are added to the Portal.
All professional services today have some kind of primary software platform used to manage their business and their customers. These software providers can offload the entire remote billing portion of their platform over to the DAKCS portal.
We first set out to prove that we could change the experience consumers have when paying a balance. Now that we've done that, the next goal is to share what we have made with the Software Vendors that need it.
